​Thank you for your interest in a Hills West Labradoodle!  We are a small breeder focused on quality versus quantity.  We plan each litter several months in advance and invest hundreds of hours into every puppy we have.  You have chosen to purchase a puppy from a premier Labradoodle breeder.  We value the relationship with everyone who adopts our puppies. We are very excited to get to know you better and to help you find the perfect Labradoodle puppy for your home! 

Please provide complete information as we use this form to partner with you in selecting the puppy that best meets your family's needs, and lifestyle. Once you have completed the application, submit it and we will respond within 48 hours. Then we will have an opportunity for both parties to ask questions and get to know each other over the phone. 

Understand that each litter is unique and created by God and not a custom order, “on demand factory”. At Hills West we prefer to match puppies with families based on personality before specific physical traits. We understand that when purchasing a puppy it is desirable to state some preferences about the puppy knowing personality and size are important factors to consider and other cosmetic traits are of less importance. We do not have families pick out their puppy as it is impossible for families to pick a good match from a picture. This ensures that puppies are placed according to their personalities and not just their looks. We have had the best success with this method. We pride ourselves on placing the right dog, matched to the right family.

When your application has been approved, we will ask that you submit your deposit ($500 prior to birth of litter or $1400 after litter is born, non-refundable deposit to reserve your place on a puppy reservation list.  Your deposit will be applied to your purchase price.  At six weeks of age, we match puppies with their families.   If we are unable to provide you with a puppy that meets your criteria within 12 months of receipt of your deposit we will refunded.

Please follow the process below to adopt your very own Hills West Australian Labradoodle puppy.

1.  Fill out the application on this page.  Your answers to following questions will help us select a puppy that compliments your family and way of life.  Please answer each question as completely as possible.  Your answers are helpful in the allocation process. (see Allocation tab)

2.   Upon acceptance of your Application, we will contact you.  Your name will be placed on our "We're Expecting" list and a $500.00 USD non-refundable deposit fee is required to reserve a future unborn puppy.  Reservation fee and Deposit amounts will be deducted from your final payment amount.  Please see the “Pricing and Payments page” to make all payments!    

Hills West Labradoodle puppies come with a 2 year warranty against debilitating congenital defects.  They receive age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming.  All family pet puppies leave with a contract agreement to have puppy spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. We microchip every puppy before they leave Hills West.  We are happy to help you with questions you may have along the way and support you with questions you may have once your puppy starts settling into its new home with you.
