You have chosen to purchase a puppy from a premier Labradoodle breeder. We are very excited to get to know you better and to help you find the perfect Labradoodle puppy for your home!

Please fill out the following application thoroughly. This will assist us in selecting the puppy that best matches your family’s personality and lifestyle. Once you have completed the application, submit it and we will respond within 48 hours.

When your application has been approved we will ask that you submit the $300.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your place on a puppy reservation list. Your deposit will be applied to your purchase price. At six weeks of age, we match puppies with their families. Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. If we are unable to provide you with a puppy that meets your criteria within 12 months of receipt of your deposit we will refunded.

1. Fill out the application on this page. Your answers to following questions will help us select a puppy that compliments your family and way of life. Please answer each question as completely as possible.

2. Upon acceptance of your Application, we will contact you. Your name will be placed on our "We're Expecting" list and a $300.00 USD non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve a future unborn puppy. Reservation fee and Deposit amounts will be deducted from your final payment amount. Please see the “Pricing and Payments page” to make all payments!

Hills West Labradoodle puppies come with a 2 year warranty against debilitating congenital defects. They receive age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming. We desex all family pet puppies and microchip every puppy. We are happy to help you with questions you may have along the way and support you with questions you may have once your puppy starts settling into its new home with you.
