Family Companion Pet:
Hills West Labradoodles is dedicated to high quality breeding and we are glad to be providing you with a quality family companion. Each puppy will be microchipped at our expense. Each puppy will be wormed and current on all shots. We include a medical history, which includes shots and deworming with the puppy along with a multi-generation pedigree.
We warranty our puppies for Hip dysplasia, Elbow dysplasia, Von Willebrand disease (vWD), exercise-induced collapse (EIC) and progressive retinal atrophy (PRA) for two years. A specialist conducts OFA or Dr. Wallace testing (for hip dysplasia) elbows. CERF eye exams by an ophthalmologist certified through OFA on all of our breeding dogs. We prioritize using only top-quality, healthy breeding dogs. They are all living in a loving home with our guardian program and are not career breeders. They retire with the family they have had from the beginning.
Reservation Deposit:
$500 non-refundable applied towards Reservation & Consultation toward the adoption fee to reserve your place in the litter.
Be sure you are committed to a forever companion from Hills West before sending in your deposit. :)

$2900 balance
(500 deposit+ 900 securing a pup + 2000= 3400)
Payment Accepted:
We accept cashier's checks, personal checks, and wired funds.
Payment Amounts:
$500-- Reservation and Consultation Fee (Non-refundable) for a puppy from Hills West.
$900-- Securing a pup from specific litter after pups have been born and you are offered a spot from the litter. (Please see number 2 listed below to pay this.)
$1400-- Reservation Fee plus Securing pup, if you are paying both at the same time. Please note *your reservation fee and deposit will be deducted from the total cost.
$2000--Final payment

RESERVATION and CONSULATION FEE:
1. Upon acceptance of your Application, your name will be placed on our "We're Expecting" list and a $500.00 USD reservation fee is required to reserve a future unborn puppy.
As a reminder, all reservation fees are non-refundable.
Breeding stock reservation fees are more. Please contact us for this amount.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
2. After the pups are born and/or when you are offered a puppy from a litter, a Reservation Fee of $900 is due no later than when the puppies are two weeks old.
(If you have not paid the $500 deposit, your amount would be $1400 at this time, which would include both the Reservation fee and Deposit amounts.)

Shipping:
Arrangements can be made to meet you at the airport or you can pick the puppy up at our home. We prefer in cabin travel for your new companion. In special circumstances we can arrange flights.
Pick up and delivery:
Once the litter has been born a pickup date is established. Hills West has set pick-up date for each litter. On some occasions arrangements can be made for a later pickup date at a rate of $25 per day.
Travel:
In some cases travel to near cities can be arranged for an additional fee.
Spay/Neuter: Buyer agrees to have Dog spay/neuter no later than the Dog’s 6 month birth date. All puppies are sold as pet quality with legally binding contractual agreement to spay/neuter.
Breeders: Please contact us for your Breeding Stock final payment amount.

If it is more convenient you can make periodic payments leading up to adoption time. These additional payments are refundable. Only the initial $500 reservation/deposit is non-refundable. If you are not happy with the puppy that is allocated to you, you may roll your deposit over to the next available litter. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy.
Paying by check:
Payments to may be made by personal check, cashier check. Once your application is approved and we have spoken by phone arrangements will be made for your preferred method of payment.
